The digital signature systems which are equivalent to the wet signatures in the electronic environment ensure that it is proved that each type of data and document sent in the electronic environment really belongs to the sender and that the content of such data and document is not distorted during sending/receiving process. In the formation and verification of the digital signatures, the digital certificates provided by TUBITAK are used.
